The staff were helpful, accommodating my last-minute room change request for less noise. The shower was fantastic, but the lack of a curtain led to a wet bathroom floor.

Amicable staff and stunning location in the centre of Brussels, everything was perfect. There were very comfy beds and central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and television inside the room...

Excellent location steps away from Rue des Bouchers Street. Spotless, new-fashioned unit with lotion provided, views over the streets, for instance. Helpful staff at all times.

Consider bringing a portable heater if you stay during colder months, as the heating can be inconsistent.

The door to the room broke repeatedly!!! The soap dispensers were either broken or empty, made basic hygiene a chore!!! More breakfast options would be appreciated, like fruit or yogurt!!!

The location is perfect , close to all the major sights. The staff were cute , helpful and the room was spacious and clean with smart TV.

I had a Beautiful Double Room on the 5th floor, spacious with plenty of windows. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was super comfortable. While it was a bit noisy at night due to nearby bars, it was manageable. I wish the breakfast had more variety, like fruit and yogurt.

The central location was excellent. The air conditioning efficiently kept the room comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Some noise from nearby nightlife was noticeable at times, and the bathroom lacked adequate privacy due to the layout. Breakfast offered a good range of Sicilian products, but I felt a more diverse selection would have enhanced the experience.

Perfect spot close to the city center and all the cool sights, can't beat it. They offer a wide variety of choices, and the food is pretty amazing! 🌟
