The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating my last-minute room change request for less noise. The shower was fantastic, but the lack of a curtain led to a wet bathroom floor.

The heating system was effective, providing a warm environment during my stay despite the chilly Brussels weather.
The shower's drainage was poor, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor during use.

The door to the room broke repeatedly, making access a hassle!!! The soap dispensers were either broken or empty, which made basic hygiene a chore!!! More breakfast options would be appreciated, like fruit or yogurt!!!

Spacious room with great central location
I had a Deluxe Double Room on the 5th floor, which was spacious with plenty of windows. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was super comfortable. While it was a bit noisy at night due to nearby bars, it was manageable. However, I wish the breakfast had more variety, like fruit and yogurt.

missingWrote a review on 09 Marcentral locationfriendly staffnoise disturbancebathroom privacy issuebreakfast variety
The central location was outstanding, making it easy to explore the city. The air conditioning efficiently kept the room comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, some noise from nearby nightlife was noticeable at times, and the bathroom lacked adequate privacy due to the layout. Breakfast offered a delightful range of Sicilian products, but I felt a more diverse selection would have enhanced the experience.
